This is a different version of my "Looking Back" piece. Sometimes I like to experiment with different textures and filters when I do my photo painting and end up with very interesting results. With this image I used Dahlia Dreams in Topaz Studio giving it a different look.
Photography is my passion! I enjoy capturing a special moment in time, a unique perspective, or simply the beauty around me, and then sharing these images with others. Although my photo collection is a potpourri of subjects and styles, I am inspired mostly by natural landscapes and wildlife, particularly in the coastal Carolina area. I am fortunate to have received numerous photography awards and to have my images published in calendars and regional publications, such as Our State and Grand Strand magazines.
